Petrus Labs
Petrus Labs is an advisory and consulting practice for startups. That is the main thing I do, and the part I care most about being good at. petrus.vc
It is also how the investing works. Advising puts me alongside founders long before there is any question of a cheque, so by the time there is one I already know the company properly — the two halves are the same activity seen from either end.
